Privacy policy

1. Data controller

The controller of the data described below is InnerVisions BV, the company operating the Visions Records label, under which Typh Barrow's activities are produced and released.

2. Inner Circle newsletter

Data: email address and, where provided, first name, last name and phone number.

Purpose: sending you Typh Barrow's news, releases, concerts and presales.

Legal basis: your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), confirmed by a double opt-in email.

Processor: Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France), which hosts the list and sends the emails within the European Union.

Sign-ups made through the form on this site may be stored temporarily in a Google spreadsheet (Google Ireland Ltd) before being transferred to Brevo.

You can unsubscribe at any time through the link in every email. Data are kept until you unsubscribe and then deleted, except for a suppression list kept to make sure you are not contacted again.

3. Email open and click tracking

If you agree, through the dedicated checkbox, Brevo measures whether you open our emails and click on their links. This tracking is based on your consent, separate from your subscription, and you can withdraw it at any time without affecting your subscription.

4. Shop offers

We send you commercial offers from the shop only if you have agreed to it, or if you are already a customer and the offer concerns products similar to those you bought. In the latter case you can object free of charge at any time, including through the unsubscribe link in every email.

5. Online shop and orders

Data: identity, contact details, delivery address, order content, purchase history and exchanges with customer service.

Purposes: processing and delivering your orders, handling returns, after-sales service and our accounting obligations.

Legal basis: performance of the contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legal obligations (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).

Providers: Shopify (Shopify International Ltd, Ireland) for the shop and payment collection, the payment providers offered at checkout, which process your banking data without us having access to them, and carriers, including Mondial Relay, for delivery.

Retention: for the duration of the business relationship, then ten years for accounting records, as required by Belgian law.

6. Audience measurement and advertising

With your consent given in the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd) to measure traffic on the site and the shop, including movement between the two, and the Meta pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd) to measure the effectiveness of our campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.

Legal basis: your consent. Without it, these tools are not loaded.

These companies may transfer data to the United States. Such transfers are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and, failing that, by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

7. Cookies and local storage

Necessary, always active: the cc_cookie cookie stores your cookie banner choices for six months; the site also remembers your language (preferredLocale) and whether an announcement window has already been shown to you during your visit (tb_popup_presave).

Audience measurement, with consent: Google Analytics cookies (_ga, _ga_*), up to two years.

Marketing, with consent: Meta pixel cookie (_fbp), up to two years.

You can change your choices at any time through the Cookies link at the bottom of every page.

8. Third-party services linked from the site

Pre-save and listening links (Feature.fm, Spotify, Apple Music, Deezer, YouTube Music, Tidal, Amazon Music) and ticketing links (Ticketmaster, Utick, concert venues) take you to services that process your data under their own responsibility and privacy policy. Please read it before providing any data.

9. Website hosting

The site is hosted by Framer B.V. (Netherlands), which processes the technical data needed for its operation and security, such as IP addresses and connection logs.

10. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and the right to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting processing already carried out.

To exercise them, write to info@typhofficial.com. We reply within one month.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority, rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels, www.dataprotectionauthority.be.
